TESTIMONIAL

"I have been attending this class for 10 + years because Lynsey is a wonderful teacher, always upbeat and energetic.  We are pushed as the year progresses but always within our own limits.  Lynsey takes injury and weak points into consideration always offering alternatives and different levels within each set.

The class is never the same as we use a different focus and equipment (supplied) each week throughout the year.  It's always a manageable challenge.

I hate missing a class but swaps are offered as far as possible.  Lynsey works hard to create new and interesting classes each week with a relaxed vibe in the class.  Kindness and generosity are her natural qualities and I 100% recommend the class to anyone thinking of starting pilates."
